Brianna Brothers of dyndns.com scammer ripped off, scam Internet, New Hampshire

Last year, i was looking for a dynamic dns provider. I was asked to try out dyndns.com . Being vary wary of internet companies and false billing tactics, i used a wal-mart visa gift card to signup for a 1 month membership. I liked the service and it offered everything i need, after my membership had expired i decided to buy a 1 year membership in december 2010. Everything was running pretty good. In early august , i noticed my dynamic dns was down. I went to log into my account and upon logging in i got an error ( ACCOUNT BLOCKED ). I contacted them by email right away , and got no response. I contacted every support email on the website and got no response.. Several days later i received 3 invoices from dyndns but still no response. I contacted the billing section to ask why i had recieved invoices to my credit card even though my account was paid in full. The next day i recieved an email stating my account was blocked due to "fraud" with no further information. After sending off another email explaining there was no fraud i was told because my billing profile used different visa #'s/info my account was blocked due to fraud. I explained i had used different visa gift cards to pay for the services because i don't trust online companies with my real visa. In the past i have been scammed/ripped off by companies as well as the fact many major billing companies and reputable companies such as "playstation" had been hacked recently losing millions of visa cards as well as private information. I explained there was no fraud and i would be happy to scan a copy of my passport as well as the scans of each of the credit cards to prove i had possesion and ownership of the visa cards. I recieved an email from "Brianna Brothers" telling me despite the fact the visa cards were mine that it was fraud. I explained to her the definition and legal aspects of fraud , and the fact this was not fraud in any way. I have recieved no reply from "brianna Brothers" and my account is still blocked. They have not refunded my money and refuse to unban my account. Dyndns stole my money for services NOT rendered. I suggest you do not use dyndns , they will charge you for services they will not provide, they will accuse you of fraud even though they themselves admit they charge for services they do not provide. They promise 100% uptime since 2001 even though they have not had 100% uptime since 2001.
