Brandsmart USA A Horrible Speaker Experience west palm beach, Florida

On september 9th I purchased a kenwood speaker with installation and everything needed for that installation and was told it would be installed at 10am and would take about an hour. I arrived on saturday at 930 and was told there was other customers and they could not meet the appointment time but I was welcome to leave my car and come back later.
As leaving my car was not an option, I stayed until it was finally started at 12pm. Once it was started, Mercedes (the installer) complained the whole time on her cell phone that she had to work on a "stupid $120 installation for this a**hole that is complaining instead of a $480 installation". I dealt with the comments and thought all would be fine. On, September 22nd, my speaker stopped working. After a quick investigation to see what was wrong, I noticed that my speaker was not fastened properly and had been rolling around causing wires to come loose. I put the wires back in place and the speaker started working again only this time it was popped. the sound quality is now horrible.
Also, after having that issue I looked around my car to see what else the installer may have neglected. I found that by the floor board in the back seat wires were not hidden. Also, compartments were not fastened properly back onto my car around the radio and are now starting to fall off! I went in to speak with Dave Cull the manager on duty and was told that after I spent $360 on this speaker, lost a $2000 contract for my business because I was late that saturday because brandsmart could not keep their appointments and was complained about the whole time that I could not have a refund. They had to fill complaint report and send it
to corporate and chances are I would not see a refund for quite some time. I find this unacceptable whereas they didn't have to wait to get my money and damage my car, I shouldn't have to wait to get my money back and my car fixed! I will also be writing this report on xxxxxx
