Brain Research lab Auto shipment, sneaky Internet

I ordered Procera AVH, online for my dad. He does not have a debit card so I used my card. It was to try and see if it helped his memory. I did the special that they had buy 2 get 3rd free. I got the money fro my Mom and put it in my account and then ordered it once the money was credited. Now 3 months later they debited my account AGAIN for $135! I called custormer service and explained to them that I did not arthorize them to do this. He told me that I had signed up for auto shipment and this is just not true. I would not do this because my dad was just trying the product that has turned out to be no help with his memory so I wouyld not sign up for auto shipment. He told me there was nothing to do but to get my mom to pay me or return it for a refund and allow 45 days for it to be put back into my account! Minus the $14.95 s&h and I assume whatever it cost to return it to them! He was very arragant. I started checking online and saw a site that was about complaints of Procera and it says that people were confused because when you buy 2 get 3rd free special you are signing up for auto shipment! It did not say that when I ordered or I certainly would not have done so. I do not want anyone automatically debiting my account! People need to be made aware of this and this company needs to be brought to task about this practice. It's trickery! And not to return my money for 45 days AFTER I get the package and return it to them? And I have to lose $14.95 plus what I have to pay to send it back when didn't ask for it! I wish I had checked out the company first. Bad business! Do not order from them.
