Being a real estate investor, I received an email form Brad Wozny, hwo does business under the names of Real Estate Rolodex, 8 Figure Empire. com, Bowku.com. The email requested that I send $3.95 to cover the shipping and handling to receive a "life changing" set of Cds that would revolutionalize my real estate business. The Cds were called the Real Estate Rolodex. They arrived a few days later, and after listening to them for about 10 minutes, I realized that they were absolutely worthless. I then began receiving calls from Wozny's office saying that I may qualify for a "limited" mentoring with Brad Wozny that would send my income from real estate through the roof. The cost of this "limited" program was $10,000. I respectfully declined, and thought that was the end of my contact with Brad Wozny. Approximately 2 weeks later, a charge for $59.99 showed on my credit for Real Estate Rolodex. I had no idea what this charge was for, and began making calls, trying to get a refund. After numerous attempts at trying to speak with a live person, I sent an email requesing a refund and asking what I was billed for. I received a reply email saying that my "membership" was cancelled, but there was no mention of a refund. It is now obvious that the reason for the $3.95 shipping and handling charge for the worthless CDs was to get my credit card information and begin billing $59.99, hoping that I wouldn't notice the charge. I had to cancel my credit card to prevent future charges form this big time scammer. I hope this report prevents others from falling victim to the same scheme. |

They are a fraud. I had someone get my debit card info and now these people say I owe them money $134.00. I tried to call them and they don't even monitor there phones. They have sent a bill collecter after me. I never even heard of them until I saw my bank statement. |

Same thing- someone jacked my credit card- and then they say I owe them $69 and that I needed to supply a police report- I said- I don't think so- I am not sending you any more of information about me. Now I am getting letters saying I can settle the debt at 70% - I am not doing a thing other than telling them to contact my lawyer.
This is a racket- I have found far too many examples of this company involved with purchases made by stolen cards. |
