| I want to warn anyone shopping on the website Bohemian Rockstar, although they entice with many lovely items, you may not receive your purchase. Owner Kathy Brown received payment of $385.00 for a Michelle Jonas dress on March 28, 2011. After two weeks, I still hadnt received the dress so I emailed her asking where is the dress. She gave me the excuse it was back ordered, I said, fine, please keep me informed as to when I can expect it. Another 10 days went bymore emails back and forth..more excuses..Finally I asked her to just refund my credit card. I waited another week, still no sign of my refund. So, I called her. She did not understand my frustration or my attitude so she said she would make my refund as difficult as possible. I have never seen such awful customer service or attitude. Kathy Brown stole my money and if you order from Bohemian Rockstar? expect to be ripped off too. The website is a scam. Kathy Brown, owner of Bohemian Rockstar is a thief! |

| She ripped me off of 200.00, its been 6 months now and dozens of excuses and still nothing, she will not even acknoledge my email now. I filed a complaint with the CA bbb don't know what that will do but maybe the CA attorney General woill be next, since i am sure she also commited mail fraud, maybe the post master general would like to know too |

| I ordered a love heals necklace in June and I'm also told it was a special order and the order was pending, after several emails and a letter to Kathy she said I would be refunded. I am still waiting for the refund of 161.80!!! What is the problem issuing a refund on non shipment of goods... |

| She stole $175.00 from me and my friend's. We came into her little shop at Pricellas and purchased a Virgin Saints And Angels necklace Nov of 2011. It is now May of 2012. Many failed attempts to contact her to get a refund has failed. I went into her new shop today and asked for a refund in person. She gave me one excuse after another. It was clear that I'll never see my money again if I count on getting it back from her. I have decided to sue her in small claims court. If anyone wants to join me and make it a group law suite please let me know! |

| I Tiffany Clarkson of Australia ordered a Goddis cardy and paid Premium postage of which she insisted on the 02.04.2012. She was more than willing to help when I was enquiring about the goods, but as soon as she had my money, she will not talk to me. She answered once saying she doesn't believe I have paid, so I sent her copy of my paid paypal invoice. Since then, I have heard nothing!!! I am at a loss to the tune of $280 American dollars!!! I am FUMING! How can this person still have a website up and running taking money from people??? She needs to be STOPPED!!! I have been informed thank goodness from another American company that she is not paying any of her bills and is within collections within one company! This website really needs to be taken down. I am claiming through PAYPAL and hope to be successful!!! Can't believe the poor customers above either. SHE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!! Can't believe she is still running a shop!!! |

I made a purchase months ago. Never got it. She responded once saying it would be in next week but never heard from her again. I studied business law and believe she is committing fraud. If we TOGETHER bring a "class action lawsuit" against her, it will be effective, we can recover compensatory damages which is the amount of goods we paid, and punitive damages which will be up to the court how much she will be punished for her wrong-doing.

| I purchased a sunday rocks tank from her and never received it... which results in about $50 stolen from me. She would keep sending me emails promising me that it would show up in the mail. I should have followed through on my paypal claim. |
