Bob and Clarita Fedawa / Brenda Patrino- Remax Invaded tenant rights and Broke the law by giving permission to new tenants to start moving in 2 weeks

Bob and Clarita Fedawa along with their realtor Brenda Patrino arranged for new Tenants to move in on March 15th 2013. We were responsible until the 14th and had possession until so. But, Bob without our permission advised the new tenants they could move in on the 3rd. The Remax realtor knew this but didn't advise Bob to make sure it was okay with us. After our first load on March 3rd we didn't come back for the 2nd and last load on the 13th and the new tenants were completely moved in to our shock and dissatisfaction ! Mean while the realtor which seemed very uneducated in the matter, played dumb. Also, Tim Fedawa allowed his realtor to walk into our home while we were moving and after 10 minutes we noticed an extra person, other then the 8 people we had moving for us. We then had him go outside. Tim also Has turned his head the other way and has ignored our rights as tenants. Very strange and weird person to say the least. There's a novel on the strange things they did, but we bit our tongue to be nice, big mistake!!! They charged us still for the two weeks and nickeled and dimmed us even though the house inspection was perfect. They went back over it after the new tenants had completely moved in and tried to blame us for their damages. We saved them hundreds of dollars for looking past many repairs and the orig. Paint job when we moved in and were perfect tenants, but it should be a 2 way street. We saved them 3 to 4 times the amount of money they are attempting to keep from our deposit by not requesting certain things be done to the home they authorized to be done or the rights by tenants to be safe. I found out they also screwed over and nickeled and dimmed the previous tenants. We have always trusted people, loaned thousands of dollars to people, family and it seems that it hasn't paid as people keep taking advantage of our generosity and kindness. No more, that's for sure. Beware of these people!!! Just a FYI !!!!!!
