Consumer reviews and reports on scam companies, bad products and services
BMO Harris Bank N.A. Diners Club US Club Rewards and Diners Club Negligent - Won't let customer redeem rewards (Club Rewards Ripoff) Internet
4th of Jan, 2012 by User102481
Diners Club US has mucked up its website since its "conversion" which began in October. Not only have the lost customer statements, they have now made it impossible to redeem hard-earned reward points. When a consumer logs onto their Club Rewards website, they get an apology that the website is under revision and please come back in Nov, 2011. It's now January, 2012 and it's still down. They leave a customer service number. I called the customer service number in November. They couldn't locate my 20,000 points and offerred to call me back. They never did. I called again in December and again got the runaround, saying that I should hear something back in a day or two. I called a week later and asked for a supervisor and she said that it would probably be another billing cycle before things were straightened out. To date, they still aren't replying to customer service email requests for explanation. Essentially, they are charging $75 per year for a premium benefit for which they can't/won't deliver. It's a ripoff, plain and simple.
