Wow! My Google alerts for Bluemile Inc., Bluemile LLC, Jamie Busic, and Michael Marlowe are going crazy! I started reading some of this stuff, and it sounds very much like the experience I had with Jamie Busic, Michael Marlowe, and Bluemile Inc. of New Albany and Columbus Ohio. After all the people that have been f*ked by Jamie Busic, Michael Marlowe, and Bluemile, it is a wonder that anyone does any business with them at all. I made the decision to move all of my former employers equipment out of Bluemile and personally consider being involved with Jamie Busic, Michael Marlowe, and Bluemile Inc., to be a tremendous risk to anyone's organization. In my opinion, Bluemile Inc., and its founders Jamie Busic and Michael Marlowe are criminals. Let me tell you why: My employer had equipment in the Bluemile Inc., colocation facility and data center in Columbus, Ohio. Two 42U Racks to be exact. I paid thousands a month to Bluemile to keep our organizations online presence available 100% of the time. One night, at about 3:00am, after several hours of intermittent connectivity issues, the entire Bluemile Network dropped off the face of the Internet! When I say dropped, I mean, Bluemile did not exist. When I showed up at the Downtown Columbus Ohio Bluemile Inc. Data Center, Colocation, and Hosting Facility, it was full of people and Bluemile was very busy serving Pizza and furiously changing everyones IP Address Assignments. Bluemile was claiming that an ex-employee had hacked the network. Since the Bluemile Network was not stacking up to be all I thought it was, I started doing some research of my own. There were various rumors being discussed amongst the customers about why this was happening to Bluemile. The most common one was that they had gotten into a pissing match with a former business partner who had possession and or control of the network elements necessary to run a successful ISP, IP network, Data Center, or Colocation Facility. It seemed that Bluemile had really screwed the pooch on this one. One question begged asking: How could Bluemile Inc., and its founders, Jamie Busic and Michael Marlowe, leave such critical pieces of their business and supporting infrastructure beyond their control and still be considered competent? Our racks were down hard and we lost our presence on the Internet for over a day while Bluemile Inc., Jamie Busic, and Michael Marlowe scrambled around trying to pull their collective heads out of their collective Asses. Even worse, we later found out that even though the Bluemile Network had been advertised as a multi-homed, multi-carrier network, the only carrier they had when they got taken down was Level 3. Bluemile had one carrier. That is why I feel Bluemile Inc., Jamie Busic, and Michael Marlowe deceived us. With the sudden buzz about Bluemile Inc., Jamie Busic, and Michael Marlowe, it looks like they are up to their same old tricks. Bluemile, Jamie Busic, and Michael Marlowe have probably fucked someone again and it appears as though they are being taken to task for it. Being a former Bluemile Inc. customer, here is what I would share with anybody who has not been through this before: Make contingency plans just in case. Bluemile Inc. left us flat on our ass. We were caught in the middle of Bluemile Inc.s fight although we had nothing to do with it. I would be running from Bluemile Inc., Jamie Busic, Michael Marlowe, and anyone that has anything to do with them faster than the Israelites fled Egypt |
