On the day of the wedding, Blake was an hour and half late. While I was getting ready for the big day. I noticed Blake was more concentrated on taking pictures of my bridesmaids, than of myself.

During the course of my reception, Blake would deappear for an hour and noone would know where he went. Of course, regardless of his lack of professionalism, my husband and myself had a blast.

However, towards the end of the night, we noticed the photographer was missing altogether. Blake had departed the wedding, a few hours early, and did not have the courtesy to notify myself or my husband.

After the wedding, we waited till the beginning of may, before we started to inquire about our wedding pictures. We contacted Blake, and he said he was still editing them. A few weeks later, we contacted him, and he said that he had put them in the mail. So we waited for a few more weeks. And still no pictures.

We contacted Blake again, and he said he was out of town, his wife has mixed up the wedding cds, and never sent anything off. I told him, that was fine, but please send the pictures. He said he would have something in the mail in the next week or so.

So now it was the end of July, and luckily we did recieve some pictures. Excited we open the flash drive with the pictures. And I could not believe what I see.

All the pictures are haphazardly put together. Of the few pictures we sent, there are only 3 pictures of the ceremony. And less than 10 of myself and my husband together.

The majority of the pictures are my of my bridesmaids and the guests. At this point, I am completely frustrated and pissed off. I contact Blake, and notify him, I want all the pictures (with his wedding package, we recieve the copy rights to all your wedding pictures).

Upon contacting Blake, he stated he made a mistake and would send out an additional flash drive with all the pictures. A few weeks pass, and still no pictures. So we contacted Blake via email and phone calls, and still no response.

It is now the middle of November, and we are still waiting for our wedding pictures, and still no have had no response from Blake. At this point, I am beyond frustrated and pissed off.

I know at this point, we probably will never see our pictures again, and it's frustating because my husband and myself, waited almost three years after our engagement to get married. Have been together over seven years, and our wedding day was very important to us.

To my knowlegde, Blake is still shooting wedding in Northern Louisiana and Texas. If anyone is looking for a photographer-DO not use Blake Carter.
