Blade Power Sports Inc. Stuart promised refund for items that were never sent- 6 weeks and 8 phone calls later still no refund... Port Richey, Florid

My husband and I found Blade Powersports online. One of our Dazon Raider Go Karts needed parts. They had the parts available. My husband contacted them on Tues. 08/23/11 to order parts totalling just under $180.00. They told us the order could ship as soon as they charged our card. My husband told them we needed the parts sent out that week, they said they could ship them right out and that is why we chose their company. Sandi Taft, the Office Manager, said it would be shipped out the next day. She sent us an invoice in an email with the parts that we had ordered listed. My husband emailed back and said to "Go ahead and charge the card." We called Wed. 8/24, because they had not charged our card. Sandi answered again and told us that she would charge it that day and send out the parts, and would send an email saying they had shipped. My husband called again on Thurs. 8/25/11 because they had not charged the card yet, Sandi said she would charge the card that day and send out the parts the next day, Fri. 8/26/11. My husband asked to speak to the owner and expressed our need for the parts. Stuart, the owner, spoke to him and apologized and assured us the parts would get sent out the
next day. The next day, Fri. 8/26/11, my visa card was charged the amount on the invoice. So we assumed they would ship out the parts that day as they had promised, and send us an email saying they had shipped. We called on Mon. 8/29/11 because we had never received an email over the weekend saying the parts had shipped. Sandi answered and said that they would be shipped out that day, my husband spoke to Stu again and expressed our need for the parts again. Stu apologized and said he would get it taken care of that day personally. My husband called again on Tues. 8/30/11 because we still had not recieved an email saying the parts were shipped out. Sandi answered again, and said that they would get shipped out that day. He asked to speak to Stu. Sandi said Stu was busy and would call him back. Stu did not call us back. Thurs.9/01/11- We still had not received any calls or emails about our parts. We called Blade Powersports for the 5th time about our order. We no longer needed the parts as we just sold the Dazon Raider that needed them. Sandi answered, my husband asked if the parts had been shipped out. Sandi checked and said they hadnt. She said they would ship out that day. My husband then asked to speak to Stuart. He told Stuart that we no longer needed the parts, and since they had not shipped them out the week before as they had promised, and that we would simply like to cancel our order and recieve a refund. Stuart apologized about not shipping the parts and said he would refund us that day. On 9/20/11, I remembered that Blade Powersports was supposed to have refunded us the money. I did not remember ever receiving a refund so I checked through my bank statements and there was no refund. At first when they said they would give the refund I was giving them a few days to have it go through on the card, then forgot about it because we were gone on vacation for a week 9/11-9/18. So my husband called Blade Powersports again on 9/20/11. Sandi answered and said she would check to see if they had ever refunded us and would call us back, but never did. We called again on 9/22 and 9/23. Each time they said "Sorry" that they hadnt refunded us, and it would be done that day. My husband called again on 10/05 because we hadnt still received the refund. They said that they saw they hadnt refunded us yet, and that they would do it that day. My husband called again on 10/07, again because we hadnt received a refund. They said they would check to see if we had been refunded. They checked and we had not, so they again said they would issue the refund that day. Still no refund, we called again on Wednesday 10/12. They again said they had not issued a refund, and again said that they would do it that day. My husband called again on Friday 10/14/11 to ask about our refund. Sandi answered and said they would refund us that day because they hadnt done it yet. I called back at 4:35 pm EST to make sure they would refund us that day like they had said they would, and she said she would refund us that day and email me a confirmation when she did. We still have not received an email or a refund, or even a call from the company. They had said they would cancel our order and give us our refund on 09/01/2011. Today is 10/17/2011. We have called about the refund 8 different days since 09/01/11. Each time they say they will refund that day but do not.
