Bizar & Doyle, LLC Attorney Craig Bizar Wham, Bam, Thank You Mam! Chicago, Illinois |

I was promised care, concern and a strong attorney client relationship but I received none of the above. Instead what I got was the ole' Wham, Bam, Thank You, Mam! Craig Bizar failed to deliver on his promise. The only time any movement was made on my case was when I called in to initiate it. Your money would be better spent with a mail-order bankruptcy agency, or a do-it-yourself bankruptcy kit. Not once did I have an opportunity to consult with an attorney, despite my many questions as a first time bankruptcy petitioner. When I finally spoke with Attorney Bizar to express my concerns, he became very defensive. I was highly insulted by him. He refused to further cooperate and provide an approximate time frame as to when my case might be filed. In the same sentence, he said that for an additional amount (which he also refused to specify) he could do an emergency filing which would push my case in front of others who are also desperately waiting on debt relief. This made me wonder if the reason for the long delay in my filing might be due in part to others who were willing to pay the "emergency filing fee" having their case take priority over mine. Attorney Bizar's reason for the long delay is the fact that they have soooo many clients. Well, Attorney Bizar, if you are overwhelmed by the number of clients you have -- why continue to accept new ones? Why not consider referring them to other attorneys who are not so overwhelmed? Oh, duh -- because you want our money, that's why! There is no reason why it should take weeks to file my case when I have paid in full and provided all necessary documentation. Do me, yourself and Bizar & Doyle, LLC a favor and take your business elsewhere. Apparently, they don't have the man power to handle the volume of clients they receive from all of their internet advertising. |
