birdcage sold me a sick kitten lied about the kitten getting shots and vet check lied about 30 garentee when my kitten died a week later they refused

my name is ariel baught a kitty from the birdcage, they told me when i purchesed her that she had her first shots and she was checked by there vet so she was a healthy kitty. when i took her home she was very sick. i went and got advise from the vet at pets mart he told me cats get destressed from maybe change of food or simply new home give it a few days and if vomiting dont stop take her in. well her vomiting stopped after few days and she was eating not very much tho but i thought she seemed to be getting better. then all of a sudden my kitty died. it was heart breaking. i dont know what happened all i know is she was sleeping made a meow noise and came and layed on my boyfriends lab, he smelled something and looked over and kitty was pooping on his leg, she never did that something was wrong i picked her up and put her on bed she started pooping all over i put her in kitty box and she just layed there so i knew somethign wasnt right i picked her up and she just had poop all over herself. i wrapped her in blanket and knew something was wrong with her. she wouldnt move she was crying she began to get worse i knew she was dieing. i called emergancy vet to maybe get to her put to sleep bc i did not want her to suffer there was no way i would of made it there. it was devastating!!! i held her for over an hour as she died! it was a horrible horrible thing i never want to go trhough or have to see agian nor would i want anybody ealse to go through that. well next day i took her to crematon place and tried to call pet store. i told man that answered what happenend, i wasnt asking for my money back or anything just wanted to let them know there cats had someting wrong with them and i was very upset and heart broke over what happened. the man was very rude started yelling and screaming at me telling me it was my fault and i did somethign to the cat and how i deserved that and so forth well my feelings was vey hurt and i was still upset over my kitty just dieing in my arms nigth b4. i didnt want to argue with him any long he was very ignorent and rude. so i hung up. i then got on there website just to see. and i seen 20 other revewis for other customers saying they have had same prob. buying a pet and it dieing 2 days later. i then seen that it said there was a 30 day warrenty on there animals so if anything happened. well i gave it a few days so i could maybe calm down and same for them. i called agian i girl answerd, i told her what happenend she said maniger was with sustomer he would call me back so she took my name and number. he never called back, i gave that a couple days. so finally i went into pet store personaly. i talked to a older man i was being very respectful and simply just explained what happened he started freaking out and acting totally rediculouse for no reason. i asked him sir whay are u yelling at me im just asking u what i should do about this. my boyfriend heard him screaming all the way on the other side of the store. i guess you could say i may be a bit senitive but i started crying i just dont understand what the hell i have to do for them to just accept what they did wrong and give me what i deserve. my boyfriend came over and started talking to him and agian the old man was frekaing out said we had to leave and couldnt come back he said we poisened are cat and thats not his problem and he dont realy care. he said he was calling cops so we just left. i called channel 7 can help ive called animal shelter ive called health department.. there store is very dirty gross and there not up to par. they sell sick animals all the time. they lie and say they got there dhots and checked when me and them both know they dont! its a scam to make a quick buck. they dont follow through with there word on warrentys. they are very unperfessional. there animals in small cages with there filth all over eachother because they dont clean cages like should. they know what they are doing and thats why they act so observe! i think this place needs shut down. i think its cruel and just wrong. what if your kid got a animal and had to go throug that? thats not far! nor is it right!
