Big Time Management, LLC Affordable Vacations Did not receive what was promised , Internet |

We received in the mail the following offer: You will recieve an 8 Day/7 Night Cruise for 2 learning from any major port in the US and 2 Roundtrip airfares leaving from or going to any major airport in the US. When I called I was told that all I needed to do was to attend a presentation about a vacation club. I asked if the cruise and tickets were free and was told all we had to pay for were taxes and port charges and a small processing fee. When I asked how much that was, they said it depends on where you go. this information was given to us by Perfekt Marketing. We sat thru the presentation for the company Grand Premier Vacations. They went through the whole thing saying that the cost for their services was $149 a year....until the very last slide when they showed you that it costs $7,995 to join! We got our "gift" (from the company BTM /Affordable Vacations at 2510 Warren Avenue, Cheyenne, WY 82001 307-256-2805 which was as follows: A certificate which you fill out and redeem which costs $19.95 (I'm assuming this is the small processing fee)> The trip was 7 days and 6 nights, not 8 days and 7 nights. There was a $50 per person travel agency processing fee plus $55 per person per day charge. In addition to this you still have to pay the taxes and port fees. The promise = $19.95 plus taxes and port charges. The actual cost = $889.95 plus taxes and port charges. As for the airline tickets. You can leave from LA, Orland, new Orleans, Las Vegas, Reno, Puerto Vallarta or Cancun which is hardly what was promised--leaving from or going to any major internal airport in the Continental US. With this "gift", you pay a %50 processing fee, $100 per person and $50 per person travel agency processing fee. The promise = Small processing fee and taxes The actual cost = $350 Each of the 3 companies I called insisted that they were not responsible for the "gift." Perfekt Marketing said they just make the appointments for the presentation. Grand Premier Vacations said they just schedule vacations if you join the club. BTM/Affordable Vacations said they just help people schedule their cruise/airline reservations for the "gift." And you wonder why people are skeptical when they get these kinds of offers! |

The director of sales is a joke also! Big world vacations in Nashville sold us a line of bull, offering an
all inclusive vacation and a $300 gift card to Walmart. The vacation was the same, by the time you paid
for everything you could book your own vacation and go where you want. And for the gift card that is even
a bigger joke! Google Star Rebate complaints and see page after page of complaints!!! I did the spend $100 a month, send in the receipts and wait for the $20 a month for 15 months to get my $300 Walmart
gift card I was promised to get nothing. I filed complaints with BBB, Attorney General and anyone and
everyone else I could. There is even a reporter who has done several reports on T.V. about the scam.
If you are the smart one who is looking the company up on google before buying, DONT BUY!!! The
vacations discounts you get after you buy isn't anything worth paying for either. I wish I would have checked them out better! Good luck getting your money or getting any great vacation |
