BIE Health.US BIEHealth Scam - Refused to Honor Money Back Guarantee Ogdensburg, New York |

BIEHealth.US advertises it's website as the "Official GHR Website" attempting to mislead the consumer with GHR being HGH in the sense of an HGH releaser. A matter of fact. BIEHealth.US's GHR product does not rank among the reputable HGH releaser products on the market by several or any of the independent researchers within the industry. When my order didn't post to my account & did not arrive in the specified time frame I called to inquire on my order. A very rude gentleman answered the phone & treated me as if I was putting him out when I asked if he could look into the status of my order. Eventually he got back to me telling me my order never made it to them & was not processed. He also did a great job of down talking to me explaining how a fax machine will have an error message on it if the fax does not go through. Where this came from, I have no idea, he did not know anything about me or my experience with office equipment nor did it ever play into our conversation other than me telling him my order was submitted via fax. He suggested I resend the fax. Instead, I took the original fax order I still had, wrote explicit instructions that I had been informed the order was never received & not processed & that I wanted to confirm the order was not to be processed and canceled; of course I removed all billing information. I sent that fax in just to make sure. The next day I called as a follow-up to confirm the second fax was received. A very polite & cooperative woman answered the phone & told me my order had already been processed & shipped out earlier that day. Well, it was obvious the rude jerk I talked to the day before had no idea what was going on internally. The kind woman simply told me to wait for the package to arrive & refuse it from UPS, she said as soon as it was returned she would issue a full refund. The package arrived & I refused it as instructed. I waited nearly two weeks & called to confirm the package had been returned. My luck, the rude jerk answered the phone & refused to confirm if the order was returned. The rude jerk also told me to wait another 3 weeks & if I didn't see a credit on my statement to call back. BIEHealth.US's customer service is horrible, they do not honor their money back guarantee, they misleadingly advertise as the "Official GHR Website" & most importantly, THEIR GHR IS NOT NEARLY THE QUALITY & STANDARD THEY CLAIM. THERE ARE MANY MANY MORE PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET WHICH ARE ABOVE & BEYOND BIEHEALTH'S GHR. If you want the best HGH releaser products on the market try "GenF20Plus" or "HGH Advanced" which are both highly recommended if you do the independent research online yourself. Don't be fooled like I was, the internet is full of the information you need to make a wise choice just by doing a Google search & reading about it. |

Well, neither do any other of the alleged HGH releasing "stuff" work! Not one of them has shown empirical evidence that 1) There is an increase in IGF-1 levels in the blood (indicator of increase in HGH) and 2) Certainly no specific figures of how much of an increase took place. There is one way to increase HGH, and that is by injecting HGH. On unit will increase the IGF-1 level by 100 - period. |

Thank you for this critical evaluation of the company BIE Health.US and their pushing their product. I was considering purchasing some of their HGH. However, after doing some reading it appears Pedalmasher is right. Many of these 'natural' supplements seem to offer nothing more than false promises and sound too good to be true. |
