Best Transportation Best Delivery Worst company to ever work for Pasadena, Texas

What can i say about best transportation @ 13225 bay park rd,pasadena, tx?I guess everything when it comes to being a driver for them.For 8 months i drove a day cab n worked locally for them, there average load paid me $65 dollars a day n i would get only 1 load per day, at the end of the week my check would be $520 after taxes.Well i thought i could make a come up so i decided to jump in a road truck n then i got a dispatcher named jack he always wanted me to drive illegal to get loads delivered.For the first 4 weeks i was cool with it because it was out in back loads where i was home maybe 3 days a week n getting paid ne where from 700 to 1000k a week.It was way better than the messly $520 n less checks i was gettn n a day cab.Well probably 6 weeks before xmas i noticed i was only gettn tx, la , an ar loads and noticed everybody else was getting longer better paying loads to il, cali, ga, things like that so i went in the office and went above my dispatchers head to Dwayne, his boss thinking i can clear things up.I said it as if i didnt know ne one was getting pass those three states "Hey man if yall have ne loads past tx, la, are ar i would like to get it.Dwayne said ok so i thought things might change.It continued n it gotten so bad that i would get 2 small loads a week which would give me a guaranteed paycheck of $380 which was unacceptable.On Jan 4, 2011 i quit best transport on jan 14, 2011 i got my last check n they had deducted 271 dollars from my check.I called up payroll n they said it was because of uniforms.According to them if u dont stay there a year they deduct for uniforms.Well i knew that there was a fee but 271?especially if i returned them all cleaned?along with the uniforms i had returned the company phone, charger, chemical fittings, n truck key.I would avoid best transport like a plague if i was ne one reading this.If money aint a issue in u just need a job best is the perfect place for ya.But having no tickets are accidents on ur record I could do better.So be warned best will strew there drivers in the end.Almost forgot on jan 10, 2011 rhonda from best transportation had the nerve to call me an ask where the fuel reciepts were
while i was out with there road truck.I then told her you do know i dont work for best ne more she said yes i know, and then i hung up what a joke of a company.
