In October of 2010 I ordered a kit for Bella Beads and supplies and a kit for Sweet Peas bibs and supplies. I received the kit for the bookmarks took forever to pass in May of 2011 i received my practice bookmark back with a letter stating I had passed so I called left a message the young lady called back and said my supplies should arrive within 7-10 business days and here it is July and I still have not received my supplies or a returned phone call. The lady told me my replacement order for my bibs was in the mail also but have i received them... NO.. and still no return call. I have expressed how much I would enjoy working for them. I have had the lady tell me one time they were very so sorry for any inconvience and they don't operate like that and the really enjoy their work... and if they were not on their toe's and was there to RIP people off they would be out of business.... I would love to work for them if they got their crap together
