Belisi Products TOTAL RIPOFF INTERNET SCAM Internet |

I ordered the Belisi product, Tushy Tightener on March 11, 2011. Never received it. Called on April 15, 2011 to customer service. Customer service answered promptly. Told me it was my fault for not calling sooner. Told me the initial order was sent on March 12, 2011 and the second autoship order was sent on March 27, 2011. Advised that I have not receieved either order. They could not provde a tracking number but told me it was my responsiblity to follow-up with the post office. I advised I want to cancel all future orders and I was told by Jolene that the next order is scheduled to ship and that I had to send my cancellation in so they can process the cancellation before the next shipment and autocharge. She sent me an email with a link to cancel future shipments. In this day of technical saavy, there is no way to simply cancel with a click of a button...no... you have to print the request, sign it and then (snail)mail it to Belisi Autoship Removal department. I also checked online to try and get the tracking numbers, but to my surprise there is none listed by either order. If the orders have been shipped, where is the tracking number and how am I supposed to follow-up with my post office if I do not have a tracking number? I have contacted my credit card company and advised them to stop all future charges by this company. Never again will I order anything from them. I wanted to comment on the customer service. I worked in customer service over 21 years and was appalled by the tone of the conversation I had with these representatives. The first representative hung up on me after I repeatedly asked for a supervisor by saying "Thank you for calling us today" WHAT? The second rep refused to put me through to a supervisor until I gave him all of my account information, which I provided to the first rep who hung up on me. Even when I spoke to a supervisor, instead of apologizing for the fact that I was totsl disappointed by the whole situation, she again emphazied how this whole mess was my fault because I never called them. I told her that even when I did call, they were no help because they could not tell me where the packages were. They even had the nerve to ask me to complete a customer satifaction survery. I said I would send an email instead. I sent a complaint email and received an email reply that because of the volume of email they get, I should contact the customer service department. I AM DONE WITH THEM! Ericka J Houston, TX |
