Been Verified Inaccurate Information, Internet |
8th of Jul, 2011 by User445949 |
The information included in a search for my name is inaccurate. I tried several times to have them correct it with no answer. When I called, they were very polite and asked me to fill out a report, but didn't help at all. So it is a waste of money, if you are looking for accurate information, go somewhere else. |

I am in charge of customer service at BeenVerified.com and I want to say we are far from a fraud, a scam, or a ripoff.
With regards to this specific customer complaint, I apologize if your case was not handled to your satisfaction. I will tell you that we handle thousands of customers everyday at BeenVerified and almost all of them have positive experiences with the way we conduct business. It is my job to ensure customer satisfaction is 100%, however it is important to take this particular complaint in context. Each situation is different and I am not exactly sure why this was one of the few cases that our team was unable to resolve in a way that left the customer satisfied. I will personally do what I can to find out exactly what happened and see how we can resolve the issue in a way this customer finds acceptable. If you read this please email us directly at [email protected] and reference your comment.
With regards to the service we provide, our team goes through great lengths trying to provide our users with the best possible search experience. We do in fact aggregate several expensive and extensive databases that include criminal records, civil records, and other public record information for our users. As anyone who has experience working with public record information can attest -- each record has a varying degree of correctness and completeness. However, in the case of BeenVerified, we offer users an unlimited free trial of our services. Therefore, the more searches a user runs, the more discrepancies they will find in the data. |
