Beauty Nail Discount Bryan Fake Store Front, Stole Money, Refused to Refund, Rude Nasty Customer Service, Internet |
28th of Mar, 2011 by User708752 |
On March 28th, 2011 I placed an online order with a company called Beauty Nail Discount, supposedly this company sells Nail and Facial products online at a discounted price. I placed several items into my basket, went through the entire order process, paid for the order and received a confirmation number. About an hour later I get an email from the company stating this: Dear, We currently out of stock on the items that you've ordered. We will issue refund to you.Thank you... To say the least I was shocked first of all how can you run an online store and NOT know what inventory you do or do not have in stock, second of all I've heard of stores not having one or two items in stock but 35 items is unheard of. When I emailed the company back asking when to expect my refund I was told in 30 days. How could this be possible the order was less than 24 hours old just reverse the charge. The next morning I got up called my credit card company because the charge was still pending at this point, we did a 3-way call to the company where a guy named Bryan answered the phone he didn't use a company name he just said hello. When my credit card rep explained who she was and that she had me on the phone and all she needed was for him to verbally say that it was okay to release the pending charges because he had no merchandise in stock he told her he wasn't doing that, he told me that the refund would be processed in 30 and that I needed to wait. He'd sent me an email and that was all he was doing it was out of his hands at this point. When I asked him nicely to just state he had no intentions on sending me the order and that it was alright to release my funds he said I'm not sending the order but I will not state it's alright to release the funds go through my credit card processing company and disconnected the call. Bryan is rude and nasty and he is a fraud. I was then sent to a supervisor with my credit card company thinking that maybe a supervisor would be able to sway him to state it was fine to release the funds, the telephone number is going right to voicemail. Do NOT order form this company, I don't believe for one minute that I am the first person that this has happened to I think that he does this all the time and that I will end up having to dispute this transaction once it is settled into my account. Bryan is a FRAUD and IO have every intention on reporting him to the BBB in his area. |
