Beware of Baxter Bailey & Associates of Southaven MS. We have been bombarded with carriers that have hired them to collect their freight charges and they have been ripped off by them. Baxter Bailey and Associates is collecting their freight charges and not telling them about it or they are settling for an extremely low amount without their clients permission.

If you have turned over accounts to Baxter Bailey and Associates of Southaven MS or any other of their affiliated debt collection companies, we URGE you to double check behind them to make sure you are not one of their victims as well. They have opened up several other debt collection companies in TX, MS and FL, with a slightly different name but all have the same master behind them, JT Reesor. If there is a Reesor as one of the Managers, you can just about bet it has an affiliation with Baxter Bailey. A simple google search will easily locate all of the trucking industry forums and blogs, where you can review all of the horror stories of Mr. Reesors victims, some dating back to 2005. You can easily find out who the owners/presidents are of any company by checking their state's secretary of state filings online.
