Batteries-Trade Beware - false information on web site - you could loose your money Internet, Internet

If you go to www.batteries-trade.co.uk you will be given a clear indication that they are UK based and goods are sent from their UK warehouse but... The address on the web site when telephoned (no telephone number on their web site I found it by doing a search) turned out to be a block of offices and the switchboard knew nothing about batteries-trade yet batteries trade clearly states that they have a warehouse there They state they send goods Royal Mail Registered but once you part with your money via PayPal a few days later you get an email to say the goods are being sent via Singapore Post. The goods can takes weeks to arrive. If you try to cancel the order they wont accept the cancellation they say the goods have already been dispatched but once you get the right tracking information you could find the goods are dispatched later. The goods arrived marked "gift".
If you are lucky enough to get your money back from PayPal then Batteries-Trade wants the battery back but they clearly state that when the goods are returned the sender MUST mark the package as value less than $15 although it could be 10 times that amount. The sender if they comply risks being in trouble with Customs and Excise. This company is NOT at the address they give on their web site they are in the far east and the only way of communicating with them is via email. Problem there is they seem to have difficulty with the English language!!! Batteries-Trade have already been investigated by Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) who have told them to change false/misleading information on their web site yet months later the information remains the same.
