DHS for child support DHS sent them a letter alone with a form stating that they withhold $125.00 a month out of my paycheck and they are supposed to send it into Jackson Mississippi to CRDU center to be processed so my Childs mother could get child support ok (3) months went by they have not sent them anything I get in trouble for failure to pay child support.

(TWO).... As I am employed there with Barney's I take a second job at a local Police Department as patrol officer. Everything is going ok other then the fact they did not pay my child support. My dreams are coming true being a COP has been in the family for years. Ok in August my store Manager Brandon Sonnier alone with Scott Riley Outside sales Rep for barneys qulifys me with a (X-26) Taser then my Store manager Brandon signs me out the taser on a Hand ticket that is numbered. Brandon proceeds to marking down the SN for the taser and Scott Witness this transaction as well. Well Brandon put his noticed in TWO weeks later quitting. OK The Main office in LA says they will be coming up to inventory the store. The Friday before Brandon's last day there they find out that there missing (TWO) GLOCK 40's alone with some other things. Well The director of oparations tells me that they are going to have to FIRE me due to THEFT of firearms. I was pissed did not know anything about any guns why should I be fire. He says its in the HANDBOOK that everybody inside the store are to be let go ok there's THREE of us that works there ME as Sales,Brandon as Store Manager and Scott Riley as Outside Sales Rep. Then I tell D.O.O that it says nothing like that in the handbook. Then he says I will give you the option to RESIGN OR TO BE TERMANATIED..... Of course I chose to Resign. It was SIGNED BY MY STORE MANAGER AND THE DIRECTOR OF OPRAATIONS STILL HAVE A COPY OF MY RESIGNATION LETTER.

(THREE) I still working at the Police Department after I resigned two weeks went by. I was on duty at my Police Dept when I noticed two Det they came up to me and said they need to talk to me I was like ok no big deal. They set my down in the mayors office and read me my rights..... Hmmmmmm So your calling me a suspect what the hell did I do? They said Barney's filed a report of some missing guns I was like What the heck. then they say to me. Where are the guns? What guns? I have no guns. They asked me did I have anything that came from Barney's I said Yes. They say what. BOOTS. PANTS ,KNIFE,BELTS what else I SAID A Taser they say A TASER wheres that taser at I said in my truck would you like for me to go get? they said yes so i did I gave it to them they said how the you get this I told em My store manager signed it out to me. they said we are going to take this I was like OK take I don't want to get into any mess.... Well few days go's by they can't find the hand ticket NO EVADENCE ON THE GUNS THEY SAID...... So that's dropped.. a week went by maybe two weeks DET called and said there was a warrant issused for me. I said for what she said EMBELZZMENT of a taser.OK HOW CAN THAT BE EMBELZZMENT IF I RETURNED IT TO THE DET'S. HMMMMMM ok ill trun myself in i was arrested on that charge... Which I am fighting and winning.... So to say I was FIRED from the Police Department....

(FOUR) Employment I go try to find a job put barney's down as a REF. The Company that i applyed to called them and talked to the President TIM. He laughs and say I WAS FIRED and that I was a crook and that he would refer me for futher review then gave out infomation on me to call the Det's............. VIA RECORDED...... BOOM...

SO IF YOU PLAN ON WORKING FOR THESE PEOPLE BE SURE TO CHECK IT OUT BEFORE THEY GET YOU TOO. ALL I WAS FOR THEM WAS A SET UP TOOL..... BUT THEY DID NOT COVER UP THERE STEPS....
