| We were contacted by the agency from a info both that was set up at a movie theater we attended. We signed with the agency and my daughter attended classes there. There were times the classes were canceled and had misc. teachers teaching her. My daughter is 5 years old and was mixed into the teen class because there was no class for her age. We were set on a payment plan. There were multiple classes she missed due to their reasons. We signed up for a schedule of classes and therefore missed many due to their schedule conflicts and weather. My daughter was told to come in whenever and she could sit in to other classes to make up her own. There was a graduation held and my daughter was never contacted. We still owed money for our payment plan and I was leery of that paying because they would call and ask about the payments frequently. Once we paid, they never called us again. Never called for the graduation, never to confirm makeup classes, never to call about workshops or anything. The agency had a photographer come to the agency to take pictures which we had to personally purchase. The agency was to take some of the best prints and keep them on file as per the contract and use them to market the children. It took me several months of calling and leaving messages to finally get my picture disc that I had to purchase from the photographer, from the agency. When I went in to the agency I was given back the discs and told they never even made copies or used any of them for marketing. The agency also told me my daughters former contract was void due to a change in ownership. NO one ever contacted me to inform me of the fact that they voided her contract. No one told me of this issue during the multiple times I had called asking about the discs I paid lots of money for. At the time I went to the agency to receive my discs they finally told me to fill out a new contract and send it in along with a few of the best prints. At this time I was also told there isn't enough work for my daughters age group because she was coming to the "awkward stage". I mailed the new contract in and a few prints in February. It is now July I have yet again NEVER received word they received the contract, never received word of the graduation, never received any word from anyone. I called the agency alerting them that this whole experience has been horrible and expensive. I also alerted them that I was unhappy and strongly believe that I was totally taken advantage of. One they received they money in full it was like my daughters contract was discarded. The woman at the office screamed and yelled back at me, talked over me, refused to allow me to speak and told me all I do is call in every few months and complain. She hung up on me and I feel this company sells parents false hopes, takes their money and then blows people off. I asked about the contract I sent back. The director in the office said they never received it. Convenient!! She also told me that she is not willing to work with us and it is time to move on!!!! So they received FULL payment, gave my daughter a portion of the classes, made me hire a photographer and then they DO NOT WISH to work with us???? They are a complete horrible company. I cannot talk to anyone with any PR skills or to anyone of any position. They are completely non cooperative and unprofessional. |

| they told my daughter she was picked for a scholarship to barbizons and to have photos made and set her an appointment then called her back a week later and told her she had been chosen and set another appoint ment then she went to that appointment and they told her she only needed 3000 dollars to get started after all that time why didnt they tell her the day she signed up instead of leading her to believe she was gonna get a scholarship instead they broke her little heart and now she thinks her father is dissapointed in her i love her and she is to beautiful to go theat that scam school |
