I made the mistake of eating at this "establishment" on 11/16/10. It will not happen again. First the service was extremely slow due to having only one cashier. Then when I ordered my "backyard burger" fries, and milkshake, I was appalled at the $10 plus pricetag. But at least I thought I would get a decent meal for that price. I didnt count on soiling my pants and puking throughout the next morning and afternoon. When I called to report my experience, I was told that no one knew what to do, and that a manager would call me back soon. When I received no call by the next day, I called again and was told that I would have to leave my number and again the manager would call me back, but this time I should go ahead and fax in my reciept. I told them I had the reciept number, that should be enough, but I would fax when I could. I told them they should at least check their food out to prevent anyone else from suffering these horrors. I faxed the receipt in and called the next day... This time I got yet another employee who told me he knew nothing about the situation, they didn't get the fax, and he didnt know how to use the fax machine. He told me the "big" manager, Prasad, knew about me but was really busy. He told me he would try to "operate" the fax machine... After putting in some paper, he said he received my fax. He told me to wait on a call from "prasath", but he is a real busy guy. After no calls from "prasad" to date, I decided enough is enough and to go ahead and file this ripoff report. To sum it all up, BACKYARD BURGERS IN LEXINGTON KY,ON WALLER AVE., aka MANCHIKANTI REST MG., made me very sick and appear to not give a damn about the situation, and about the possibility of other customers getting very sick as well. EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I have learned my lesson. Thank you.
