Can't contact business by email, phone or letter to redeem voucher purchased through Our Deal

I purchased a $49 voucher 6 months ago. I have tried over 50 times to call, email, write and book online. There is no way they can be contacted. I complained to Our Deal. Their staff emailed me to say that vouchers would be extended until July 2012. However, I wanted the massage within a couple of months. How can I get my money back?
I agree with everyone who has complained. I don't know about the qualifications of the therapists, but their business ethics are less than desirable.
A phone message, I heard on the one occasion I managed to get through; said that everyone was busy performing treatments.
To those people defending this business, I say telling the truth is not slander or libel. I think that a compaint to the Office of Fair Trading will be my next step. If everyone who has been deceived by this business complained maybe something will happen.

Hi Robyn,
I know your post was last year but did you end up hearing any more about this? A friend and I also bought this voucher and have not been able to get through, now it seems the number is disconnected. We both want our money back.
