AXIOLOGY AESTHETICS – MAKES YOU PAY UPFRONT FOR SERVICES, FAILS TO DELIVER! FRAUD! I am writing in regards to how disappointing I have been with Axiology Aesthetics. I am seeking my refund of $5,200.00. I was scheduled August 10, 2011 at 8:00am at the Schaumburg location and went to the scheduled appointment and it was CLOSED. I thought to myself, how could it be closed if I had an appointment scheduled?I never received a phone call and when l went the clinic was closed. I called both Lincoln Park and Schaumburg locations and noone answered. I left numerous messages as well. How is it possible to provide surgical procedures and not have anyone communicating with the patients? I do not understand how my appointment was “made†and “assured†yet canceled but did not receive a phone call. II have called the Axiology Aesthetics call center numerous times and spoke to two young ladies named Linda and Kristy on August 10th and everyday including today, September 14, 2011. When I called it says "this is no longer a working number". On August 13-16th, I was assured me that Dan Lumello, the VP of the company would contact me. It is September 14, 2011 and they have failed to contact me. I started calling and leaving messages since Wednesday, August 10, 2011 and everyday since then. I also went to the Lincoln Park campus and they assured me that they would contact me. I have a timeline of all events dealing with Axiology Aesthetics. All I was asking for was my money to be returned. I tried calling today Wednesday, August 19th, 2011 and the phones are NO longer in service. This is a scam, how would a surgical company all of a sudden not have a phone number? The Vice President of the company is Dan Lumello, who has failed to contact me in regards to the refund since August 10, 2011.The company was called NU Med Spa and just changed the name over to Axiology Aesthetics. Their consultants are so nice, one in particular: Angela Camarillo, they basically eat out of the palm of your hand and make you pay for the services upfront. DO NOT fall into their SCAM!!!!! |

I have the exact same issue. They were Nu U Med Spa and then Axiology Aesthetics and Pure Light. If you google 908 W Armitage on Yelp, 3 different names come up for that same location. If you google those names and go to the websites you'll notice each website is unique but each company has the same location. What they are doing is changing their name and trying to hide under these different entities to avoid honoring people's packages. All phone numbers I try are either disconnected or there is a automated answering service that picks up and then disconnects me. It's so shady. I am going to report them to the BBB and I suggest you do the same. |

Norman R Valine and John Keighley Jr. are two owners of the company. Both of them are in California. If you google them you will get their phone numbers. I talked to John Keighley Jr., he told me we all will get the money back. But nothing has happened yet. |

I also got scammed. I paid upfront for my laser hair removal and went one day and they disappeared. My scheduled visit was no longer scheduled. I called and the number was no longer in service. Number in Chicago was also out of service. SCAMMED AND RIPPED OFF. They were located in the DOLCE SALON AND SPA IN SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA... WHAT A RIP OFF. CROOKS... |
