Having been a loyal Botox customer of NuU Medspa, I thought I would receive the same adequate service form Axiology. Little did I know that my dealings with Axiology Aesthetics would be so terribly unbelievable. I pre-purchased a Botox treatment a few months ago. Seven weeks ago I made the appointment to come in for the treatment. My appointment was changed twice by Christy because they had to order the "product" but eventually they could fit me in. When I arrived I was asked if I was there for my Dysport appointment. I corrected them and was given my treatment. To this day, I am wondering if i was administered Dysport or Botox which is what I paid for. As I was leaving, I stopped by the front desk to schedule my follow-up appointment in two weeks (this is what I have done for the past 4 years). I was informed that I would receive a call to schedule my follow-up as the "product" needed to be ordered. Christy was very communicative at first, calling to let me know the "product" still wasn't in. But during the third notification call, I informed Christy that we were three weeks beyond my initial treatment and this was not an acceptable time-frame. That is when her communication ceased and my run around began. My calls to the Schaumburg, Oak Brook, and Lincoln Park locations were either met with the promise of a Manager call-back or an answering machine. Repeated calls to the main number in LasVegas instruct me to call the Schaumburg location and someone will get back to me. Today I have called twice. The first time someone answered and stated that they could not help me because the calls from the Schaumburg location have been rerouted to another location (the Schaumburg location constantly has phone "problems"). Seven hours later I called again. Surprize! Answering machine. I sincerely believe that I will never be contacted, my follow-up treatment will never occur, and that this is happening to many of their clients. If this isn't "take the money and run" I don't know what is. |
