Avelar Services Inc Sharon Phillips took money from me Internet, New York

I got a phone call from a woman named Sharon Phillips claiming that she is part of a company named Avelar Services Inc, and that I have been excepted for a $7,500.00 loan and that there are a few steps that I need to take in order to get this loan. Myself being a mother of two and in kind of a need of money I knew to cover my basics and to do a background check on this. I did and then I contacted Sharon back at the 1888-232-8246 and I asked her if she could fax me some documents on the company stating that they are who she says they are. She faxed me the documents and a contract. I took the contract to a local police department and they told me that they would do their own background check. 2 days later the police contacted me and said that it was ok and to go through with it if I wanted to. So in the contract it stated for my own security that I need to put down a security deposit. Just in case something went wrong with my job or if theres a reason why I wouldn't be able to do my monthly payments. So I sent the money through Western Union to her and then when it came down to the day they were sending it, she called me stating that the Credit Beurea was stopping the loan to go through that I needed to send money as a down payment in order to get this money because I was a high risk Client. I call the Credit Beaure and they said if I am applying for a loan for that amount I would have to put down some money just like if I went to go and get a cell phone that I would be asked to pay a 200 dollar deposit before I got the phone. So I did that . And when I sent the money again, She said that everything on her end was done and sent off. I called my bank and asked exactly how long would it take to be put into my account. If it was wired.(which it was) it would take between 24 hour to 10 business days. I have 2 children of my own and I just got an eviction notice and my phone is going to be cut off completely and I have nothing. I called this number back to get a hold of Sharon Phillips and the number is now busy. I have no family to help me out nothing. I'm not the verge of loosing my place and possibly loosing my children due to no house. I am lost don't know where to go for help and this so called company has totally screwed me over and I need help desperately and this is my wits end.
