Had work done to my car. By Matt. I drove the one car in and the other ran but the transmission was gone.
I told Matt I was not in a hurry but I did not want it to take a month. (it did)
I asked for a motor swap and now the one that ran has to be towed out. and the other has the motor and transmission sitting on the ground.
I got a call and was told he was done to come and pickup the car, when I showed up he had locked the car up in a lockup yard and said I had to finish paying before I could get the car back. He still has my deposit for the work.
They acked? like they called the police and then threatened to bet me up, so I called the law and he ran like a theif.
Matt damaged the paint on both cars, One is pear white so the whole car will need repainted, ($2500 that I am going to sue for. I was told that I gave him the wrong parts. The new cluch disk did not work, but I gave Matt a single disk and a whole kit and told him to be the judge, well he was wrong.
I trusted this machanic, but I was wrong.
I still do not have my car even though I was going to pay for it. It is still locked up. What I want from you is, if you would like to sue Matt J. Lugo and Automotive Service Works LLC.
I will pay to make this happen, I myself am going to the court hause on friday to file my suit. I am also looking for an order for him to stop all business doings in Florida,
I am posting to the BBB, the State Agriculture Agency that oversees mechanics, and the State of Florida business license to make him stop doing business in the state.
I will check every day to see if you have posted, ( I am in on your suit, Ed), then I will contact you.
It is up to us to make sure that this will not happen to anyone else.
