| I ordered the "trial" of Aura Vie skincare products. The package arrived with extra products and a phone number to cancel the order. When I called, the number was for a sex chat line! By the time I tracked down the correct number, I was told my trial period was over and I could not return the product. Instead my credit card would be charged 98-dollars. I cancelled payment and mailed back the products. Now Aura Vie is threatening further action. |

| I ordered a "trail" offer from AuraVie. It made absolutely no significant difference in the condition of my skin. I called and received an RMA number and I returned their products within the 10 day trial period. I returned their products on March 16, 2011. I received a letter threatening "further action" because they claim (more than 3 months after the fact) i returned the bottles empty. They want me to pay 97.88. The product made no difference in my skin, i returned the unused products. I will not pay this company one more dime. This is unbelievable. I too had a difficult time locating their telephone number. Is their product so bad that they must resort to making their money by threatening and calling customers liars and thief's? |

| Same issue, absolute scam. My credit card company is going to refund my money. I'll deliver their Sh!t product back to them and wait for their petty threats! |

| Same issue! This company is NOT Reputable!! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I was threatened by a customer service rep. that if I filed a dispute with Mastercard, AuraVie would not refund my money. However, after speaking to a superviisor, they still would not refund the $98.00. |

| I, too ordered their Miracle Face Kit with the 10 day free trial period. In my case, I developed a severe allergic reaction and wanted to return the product. I sent numerous e-mails to their customer service dept. asking for the RMA number because I had an allergic reaction. They refused to issue the RMA number to me and are also demanding the $98 payment from me (rec'd threatening letter from them). I filed a complaint with the BBB and the FL Dept. of Consumer Affairs. The initial response I rec'd from the BBB was not promising, as they forwarded a copy of the "Agreement" for their free trial offer and program. When I contacted Aura Vie, it was on the 11th day, one day after the "free trial period". I don't know what the outcome will be in my case, but so far, it isn't looking good. |

Sorry Rebecca I don't have an address for you. I called 1-877-743-7943 & talked to a very rude company rep. He told me that I was over the 10 day trial & that there was nothing they could do about crediting my account. $97.88 totally flushed down the drain. I had emailed the company several times & called a couple of times. Today was the first time I actually got to talk to someone. Buyer beware! This company is a SCAM!

| i have the same issue. I never new that it is only 10 days of trial period. i didin''t even know that how much it costs. They never gave me this information on any of their emails or in the box when i received my stuff there was no information about it. and all of the sudden they charged me 98 dollars. I'm not going to pay this. I called them today. and they said they won't cancel the payment. I called my bank and stopped the payment. I don't know what will happen. But it is so unfare. I think they do it in porpose, so they don't let people know what is the trick, customers like us naive get into their trick. That is how they make money. The product didn't make any change in my skin. I don't want to keep it. I am going to return it . Someone please sue this company please!!! I am so unhappy. They ruined my day. Is there a fare busines law or something called like this. Can someone call this please? Or lets all together do something ... They shouldn't trick people like this and make money. Im not rich, im just a student. My bank account was overdraft because of this. :((( |

i have the same problem. I hate this company. please somone do something to this company. Please stop them from ripping of naive people's money / Im so upset and desperate .:((((((((((((((((((((((
their purpose is to rip peopole! not do busines. its 100 percent unethical.. |
