In January 2011 I was talking to someone I knew 35 years ago and we reunited through face book. I was intrigued that he had over 4000 friends on facebook. He asked me what i was doing with my life and i told him I was working on a book. He told me about an event he was hosting in Las Vegas on 04/30/11, that was about turning passion into profit. I was intrigued but it took me quite a while to commit, and i watched Videos by his mentor Joel Bauer and I thought it might be a good idea. He assured me if I signed up he would help me prepare and at least a month prior to the event i would have materials in hand that would help me prepare for the event. A month before the event i still had no materials and contacted Mr. Simone and he told me he was considering changing the dates. I told him it would cost me 150 extra dollars to change airfare. He said he was worth it and i asked for a refund. He told me he would refund my money the following Friday and it never happened. After that I put a complaint on his pay-pal account This caused one profanity laced tirade after another through emails and texts still in my possession. Even through all of his name calling and spewing of hateful remarks he still thought it would be a good Idea for me to attend his event. I have learned a lot from this, but there is no way I would be comfortable with someone who treats paying customers in such a hostile manner could possibly teach anyone how to succeed. I recommend that before thinking about attending his event that you investigate him thoroughly. Your money would be better spent on some self help books. When someones word means nothing, and they show poor character there is very little they could possibly teach on how to succeed in this world. Buyer Beware! No Bargains here. The lessons I learned are when all someone does is talk about helping others succeed without being a success themselves,it is better to run away as fast as you can!
