ATT Advertising solutions yp Can all these reports be true? Internet, Internet |
5th of Aug, 2011 by User868746 |
As a new small business owner I invested(or so I thought) in a significant amount of advertising with both ATT advertising solutions and another complete and utter scam Dex. I was told this should produce 30 to 50 calls a month on average. I signed up for online and internet marketing etc, spot on yp,video etc. Months later after gettting virtually no calls my rep says "wow. it's not working" "We dont have an answer why, maybe it's your name". So after convincing me that I just needed to sign up for more money they could fix the problems. So I paid for something already that got ZERO performance and takes months to get up and running and I find I am dead in the water. Att tells me to give them a voided check and "I will not be billed anything until the new campaign goes live". I find out they tried to bill me in advance but because I am now so bled out the money was not in the account. As a new scared small business owner with EVERYTHING I have invested in this I wish I would have known to be afraid rather than to trust what I thought was a GREAT, time tested company. I have filed with the BBB and will try to get out of my contract. I was told I would get equal access to the top spots after the paid reserved spots on yp.com but seems like I rarely even pop up in the first page. I have ZERO rankings in search engines and Nothing to show for this but a cool video. All I wanted was what they said, calls. I all asked is that I not be billed again until new campaign went live in 30 to 45 days. There supervisor told me they are not billing they are just "reserving" the funds. If the money was in my account and then all of the sudden would not be, that is billing, right?? ANY HELP BEFORE I LOSE IT ALL? |

I found this solution on another webiste where someone had the same issue. Hope this helps
Find the phone number for the "Office of the president" and get ahold of someone if the secretary will help you.
Also send a CERTIFIED letter to:
AT&T Chief Executive Officer
5404 Walnut Hills Ln.
Dallas, Texas 75229
That got us a phone call the day it was delivered, that's his HOME address I think.
You gotta go right to the top with these guys, just tell them you want a mutual walk away because its absolutely bs that they sold you.
We only paid them for the 2 months up front and fought for 4 months to get canceled, we had the contract terminated within a few days after getting ahold of the presidents office. |
