My name is Analdys Pacheco, I been designing for about 6 years as a professional graphic designer. I have my associate degree visual communication in science, iam well known in the Lehigh valley area for my work and consistency. i was the first graphic designer for the first 2 issues about maybe 2 or 3 years ago. Sollanlly contacted me in stress out telling me how bad she needed a graphic designer with my talent again, that her graphic designer did that wanted to design nomore and was getting lazy. We said up a meeting in her home office. I told her I would do the whole magazine for $900 for 32 pages, if I get all the postcards,flyers,posters that local business would want, I offer her a % for the profits.. She said that she did not care for profits I'll make with her clients from my company. So we had an agreement, I ask her to write up the contract. This when the problems starts to happen. Payments for the agreement is 1/2 up front and other 1/2 after work is done She never gave me a contract, I made my own after 3 weeks of waiting she never even open the contract. She told me to start designing that in a week she was going give me 1/2 and she did, but after I was done it she only gave me like $200 more and never gave bcard flyers or anything.. The second month, I told her and her partner at the time Darnell that I needed the rest of the money to to start the new issue for the month plus 1/2 more... I'm not sure what happened but she convince me to do the next issue.. Blaming Darnell her partner of stealing money from the company. That she would paid me. By the end of the second issue she ended up owing me $1125 with bunises cards and flyers plus poster. I kept going to her house witch she got kick out and change her number. I kept calling someone name justo who use to collect money for her. After I finally got in contact with her she promise to paid me. About 6 month have pass I haven't gotten a dime from her. Latar on I found out that she owes mervin a investor $3,000 also her last graphic designer said she owes him about $900... I have prove of everything she owes me and recipt of everything I did for her... She also stole all the designs I did for a different magazine and put it on her magazine Atrevete.
