I have been dealing with BBB and this company for 3month to resolve this issues with this car. now you can see that this company have a problem with honor their vehicle what is the problem, i just went to aamco transmission and they stated that this company sold me a lemon this transmission is going out and this is a 12,000 vehicle, that hand me a goodwill repair agreement tell me this is their warranty but nothing is on it about this transmission, heating core air condition. tell me what else can i do now. cause this lady maria rek the manager told me that she response to your company last week and made my account a zero balance, but i haven't got any response stated that.Thank you for your correspondence on this matter, I have attempt to resolve this matter many of time, if only the owner would have addresses the issue about the vehicle, instead of letting other personnel that wasnt eager to help me but to keep persuade me to keep coming back to their business, I had to take percaution everytime i came up to this business because i didnt know what to expect. It became difficult to deal with. i lease the vehicle under false statement that this vehicle was a reliable vehicle. To attempt to deceive the consumer is unheard of i have report them to the Governor office of consumer protection, fill out the form and sent it to Atlanta Best Auto Broker's on the following date 9/25/2011 certified mail gave them a time frame to answer my request never heard from them call the office 09/28/2011 an ask to speak to the manager never call back. 10/07/2011 transmission stop working as i stated in the previously complaint that the vehicle was having mechanic problem. I call the company and ask them to come and get the vehicle, they came havent heard any response from them. Yet, am very disappoint with the serve i recieve from this company, they presume to be a up standing company but their are not. Now they have the vehicle and the money i put down, and am out of the car. |
