AT&T This company ripped me off! Georgia

The AT&T person helped me change a password on my computer because hackers were getting into my email account. He changed a setting on something, and now, I am not able to send You Tube videos to my email address anymore. The people at this company are not able to fix the problem they created, and instead, they have tried to refer me to their dept. that offers PAID services, in order to fix the problem. Well, they are the ones who created the problem, so it's not right for me to have to pay to get it fixed. I am NOT willing to pay! I was on the phone 5 hours with the company yesterday, and they still did NOT resolve the issue! They don't know how to resolve it. They credited me a measley $35 for all my troubles (and the problem is still NOT fixed). They should have credited me a lot more than $35 (which I had to fight for). I dealt with some nice customer service people, but I also dealt with some very rude ones along the way. The nice ones don't make up for the rude ones. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SIGNING UP FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE WITH AT&T, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! THE COMPANY HAS GOTTEN TOO BIG, AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE ANYMORE!
