This company gives you little work and when it is time to pay up, they suddenly can't answer the phone. This company is a ripoff.

Incompetent Company. I had to send them back to the property 4 times just to properly board a window.

I was contacted by Assured Asset Preservation via my craigslist posting. Before giving me the amount of properties they promised me I had to sign a 15 page contract that gave me them the right not to pay me for any reason they saw fit. Even after signing the contract Assured Asset Preservation only gave me a handful of properties 50+ miles apart while allways promising me that more volume would come, which never did. The only work they ever provided me were grass cuts on properties with no lawns and demanded I bid everything. I spent hours driving to properties that they knew I couldn't work on and creating bids they gave to day laborers. After not being paid for over a month I began to ask where my money was and why I had not been paid. I was continually told that either the check was in the mail or they would pay me when they got paid for the jobs. After 65 days I received a check for 25% of my invoices, when I questioned the owner Robyn Yeager about the payment I was told that all my invoices were cut for one reason or another and would not be paid the full amount they promised me. Do not trust Assured Asset Preservation the are thieves and a scam.

Assured Asset Preservation contacted me awhile back in an attempt to "recruit my services" for home repair. Within 2 minutes of our first conversation they were asking me for all my personal information. They wanted copies of my social security card, drivers license, contractors license, and anything else I could provide them. I was already skeptical and then they sent me a lengthy contract that I would have to sign in order to receive work. The contract basically stated that Assured Asset Preservation could terminate my services and cut invoices for any reason they saw fit and outlined ridiculous rules and regulations. After some research I discovered that they have no office and the business location they give out is a PO BOX. It is clear that Assured Asset Preservation collects personal information and then sells it to telemarketing companies. Contractors beware do not fall for their tricks. They are not a business and will collect all your info and sell it.

Assured Asset Preservation is by far the worst property preservation company I have ever worked with. Right from the start they had me driving to properties 30+ miles apart just to take pictures of dead lawns for a whopping $5 a trip. When I actually came to a home that had a green lawn I was required to take a minimum of 100 photos just to document the grass cut, turning a 10 minute cut into a 30 minute debacle all for a whopping $15. This went on for about a month until I began to notice I was spending hundreds of dollars in gas and hours at home sending photos and never received payment for any of my invoices. I was assured that my payment was on the way and 2 weeks later I received a very small check for less than half of the invoices I had submitted over 45 days ago. When I called Assured Asset Preservation to see where the rest of the money they owed me was I was informed that I had received all the money I was owed. Assured Asset Preservation refused to pay me for the dead lawns I photographed, the trip charges I was promised, and cut nearly all of my invoices for no reason. Assured Asset Preservation are a group of liars and thieves. Do not trust anything they tell you.

Assured Asset Preservation is a Half ass joke of a preservation company. Contractors do not waste your time with this pathetic excuse for a company. Assured Assets pay is a joke the work they get is crap grass cuts and they never pay on time or in the full amount. Assured Asset cuts invoices for no reason other than to save themselves money. If you want the work contact their one and only client, WSR Preservation in Riverside, they are very nice and helpful at WSR. WSR Preservation pays more than double and will not cut your invoices. There is a reason Assured Asset Preservation is constantly changing their names, Sole Stone Services and now National Asset Preservation, They are a scam company that makes money from ripping off contractors.
