Contractors beware! Assured Asset Preservation or "National Asset Preservation" as they are now called collects and sells off your personal information. A couple of months ago I was contacted by a Robyn Yeager from Assured Asset Preservation inquiring if I would be interested in maintaining a group of homes in the Modesto area. All the information she gave me seemed legit and she gave the impression that Assured Asset Preservation had a large volume of properties in my area that could be mine. All I was told they needed to "set me up" in their system was a signed contract and copies of my drivers license, contractors license, social security number, and insurance information for "Tax Purposes". I quickly completed all the necessary requirements, as they emphasized that they needed me to start immediately. Once all my information was received i was told by Assured Asset that they needed a day to process the information and would contact me right away with my properties, well that never happened. After about 3 days I started receiving multiple calls from telemarketing companies, credit card companies, media services, and my mailbox exploded with junk fliers and mail. Next thing I know my social security number is being used to open credit cards I never applied for and I'm getting credit checks left and right. When I attempted to contact Assured Asset Preservation in order to get the status on the properties I was promised I was told by a Robb Koustic that the properties were pulled by their client and that they would keep me on file if they received future properties in my area. Assured Asset Preservation are liars and a SCAM company. After looking more closely at their business information the business address they provide is either a PO Box or a residential home, SCAM. I was forced to change my phone number and jump through multiple hoops in an atte3mpt to repair the damage that Assured Asset Preservation had caused. Beware! Do Not trust Assured Asset Preservation. |
