Assurance Wireless Assurance Wireless by Virgin Mobile Application Lost?! Who has my Application?! Parsippany, New Jersey |

As I am unemployed, am receiving state assistance, and without any form of communication. I saw Assurance wireless advertise on TV, so I decided that I would apply. So, I called them, they e-mailed me an application, and the next day I faxed it off (3/23/2011). Well, after about a week, I called to ask what is going on, and the woman who I talked to said that there is no "order" for applications and that I should get an update within a few days. Well, here it is, 4/5/2011, I decided to e-mail them, and was really cool. I explained my situation and why this is important for me to get service through them. I just checked the status of my application, and it has gone from "we have received your application and it is in review" back on 3/23 to "mailing application, you should get an application within 2-5 days" to 4/5. I have given them very personal and private information, and it looks to me like they have lost my application. So, as of right now, I have given them one more chance, and am on the verge of filing a complaint with the attorney general's office. |

I made zero profit this past year with a $26, 000 loss. I too emailed my Assurance Wireless application along with 7 pages of very private Federal Tax documentation. This was on March 31st. It is now April 13th. I called them and all they could day is that they have not received my application. I am wary to resend all of these documents again and on top of it I really need the phone assistance. Why does Assurance Wireless offer this program if they are incapable of receiving and processing the applications? I am very disappointed. |

I made an application for a phone about 10 days ago. I went on line to check the status of my application but I was directed to call a phone number that only directs you to another phone number: 877 636 9511 but one needs to have a 10 digit pin number to use the services provided by that phone number. I did not see a 10 digit phone number on my application. As a matter of fact the first application I filled out was provided to me by a lady standing on the sidewalk near the bus station. She was handing out applications to anyone who wanted one and taking back the completed applications. I later was concerned about it being a scam so I asked my Social Worker for an application and mailed it myself.
Do you have so many applications that it takes a long time to process them. Are these people (and there are a lot of them walking around) handing out applications on the street legitimate workers for your company? I just sent an e-mail to [email protected] asking questions. I'll wait for an answer but I found this website and thought I would use it to send my complaint as well. |

i sent my application a month ago. they sent a letter back to the wrong adress cant i just cll and give them the right address, or do i have to send in another application. |

I have been waiting for three weeks now and I faxed my application 4 days ago. Everytime I try to log in and check the status, it says they cannot find my account. I have been trying and trying and nothing is gettting done. Is there any way that I can get the free phone I have been promised. I have did what I needed to do so I expect the same from ASSURANCE WIRELESS. |
