Associated Courthouse Services Hopkins Law Firm called stating they were an officer & that I need to call before the world falls apart around me Color

I recieved a voicemail-stating this is Officer Johnathon Light you need to call me a.s.a.p. I called the number left on voicemail-got an answering machine several times. Finally a man of indian or pakistatian nature answered phone. I told him I needed to speak to Officer Light. He said this is Officer Austin I can help you. I told him I got a message & this is were it got very strange. He stated our call was being recorded & that he was wih the Financial Crime Dept. I asked him the crime dept of what? He would not answer me. I then asked him you are a police officer & he said I am an officer with financial crime dept. I asked him again- he would not answer me. Then stated he was looking at an affadavit & began rattling off personal info about me where I worked,my address & my birthday which was not correct. he told me I had taken out a payday loan & was being sued. That I had 2 choices- 1) go to court get charged with a long list of violations he began rattling again numbers & state codes- supposedely. 2) I could pay him today $322.00 via western union or credit card or debit. I told him I wanted to see in writing this infomration on this debt. He said so what do you want to do- I asked him for his address & if he worked for the U.S. Governement & he said yes! I said ok, I need some information then- your id number-your address-the case number where this is filed what court & he got became a little jittery over phone. He then said he worked for Associated Courthouse services. I told him let me talk to a lawyer & I will call you back in a few minutes. I called the colorado springs police dept, the bbb, looked up on yellow pages,looked up address & on sec of state web site to find info about this company. NOTHING-no info-no address! I called ACS back & told Mr Austin that I called these places I couldnt find any info & he hung up. I have called 5 times & he will just hang-up on me! BEWARE: Even if you have bills like crazy- you still have rights & noone deserves to get riped off by some make believe company!
