We contracted the above company to lay sod at our home after damage from a fallen tree on our home. This was the final step to complete this entire project. Mark the foreman came out to do the job on May 4, 2011 and once they got started he realized they were going to run out of sod as he did not order nor bring the correct amount. when they were ready to leave he agreed with my husband to return on Friday or Saturday of that week. My husband trusting him paid the amount in full and we have not seen nor heard from them since. I have called to get nothing but a runaround about being busy and need to find the sod etc... no one has returned a call and so I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have now filed a suit against them as it has been a month and locating the matching sod and getting it to grow together will be a big chance now. We may have to replace the entire area and start over. Can't believe this for just 72 sq. ft. of sod.....
If you consider this company do not pay them until they are finished and make sure you get a guarantee in writing as the sod we received has an unusual amount of weeds. According to several sod companies they feel it may older sod.
