| I used Arizona Tenants Advocates to get out of a really bad house, that was making my kids sick. The landlord was refusing to do anything about any of the problems. They got us out, without much hassle from the landlord. If you need out of your lease, they can get the job done. |

| How much did Ken Volk pay you to post this comment? Because he is notorious for paying "witnesses" to lie for him. He has damaged so many tenants that the Board of Legal Document Preparers is getting ready to sue to put him out of business. I just wanted to say Thank You for having this service available. The ladies that answered the phone over the past 2 days have been sincere and very helpful. We were really stressed out about a demand that our current landlord made to make us sign an updated shorter lease, and feel so much relief after having spoken with your people.

Hmmm seems to me that the "case" against Ken Volk is a "personal" vendeta. As the woman who signs off on Legal Document Preparer Certificates is a Landlord herself, of which Ken has broken at least 5 leases against. So if I were in her shoes I too would want someone of Ken's competence to be out of business too.
I was in a bad roommate situation and a disgusting house in Mesa, Arizona. I was trying to find help to get out from under this financial and stressful situation since the management company wouldn't fix any of the major defects or the carpeting.
I did my research before I used Arizona Tenants Advocates to break my lease. Yes, there were times it took a little longer at my appointments to get my letters done. But, Ken is very well versed and knowledgeable in the Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant Law. He got me legally out of my lease as promised. I unfortunately, or maybe fortunately for me, did not get my security deposit returned in the fourteen business days. So I have to file a claim in court for my security deposit. Which I am prepared to do.
I was NOT paid to write this statement. I simply am an honest hardworking, Veteran, taxpaying American Citizen who is satisfied with the services provided.

| I got out of a horrible lease with a crazy roommate who skipped out on rent and stole all my furniture! I'm lucky I found Arizona Tenants Advocates to get me out of such a horrible situation! I was out by the end of the month and didn't even have to pay the next months rent. The people there are really friendly and they educated me on my rights so next time I'm in a lease I know what I can do to protect myself from the landlord. They're amazing people and I'm glad someone is on the tenants side in a landlord-friendly state! |

Arizona Tenants Advocates and Tenants Assistance Program
I want to thank you for your assistance in terminating my lease with my landlord. I really appreciate that I had to have minimal contact with the landlord and that through your information I knew what my rights were. I have enough going on in my life I don't want to deal with an angry landlord. It all happened according to plan and my family and I are in out new home.

| The last three posts were paid for by Ken Volk. He's defaming a member of the Board of Legal Document Preparers that has pulled his certification. He's been told not to continue to run his business but he doesnt' care. "Withlovedani" is an employee and has a DUI (Danitza Maldonado). The other posts are hired hit men. If you are damaged by Ken call the Board of Document Preparers. They are there to protect the public. 602-452-3378. Also check out how many criminal records he has and that he filed bankruptcy. Even if he damages you and you sue him and win he will try to get rid of it in bankruptcy court. |
