This place si such a scam!! Took 3 solid gold & diamond rings, 1 necklace and 1 watch...only gave me $163 for jewelry i found out later to be worth much more!! The 2 diamond rings i sold to them each had real diamonds in them. They offered me nothing for one diamond and only $25 for the other. I sold them the rings and said i wanted the daimonds back. I was told they would be ready in 4 days. I went back after the 4 days and was told the diamonds werent ready yet. This was a friday. I called back the next monday and they said they still were not ready. By this point, im getting very aggravated and just want the diamonds or to buy the rings back. I go there and tell the woman behind the counter that i either want the diamonds or i want to buy the rings back. She says the rings arent in the store. By now its been over a week and im getting really mad. The next day she calls out of nowhere and says the diamonds are ready to be picked up...BUT they had chipped one of the diamonds trying to get it out of the setting. I picked the diamonds up anyway, and took them to another jewelry store to be appraised. The diamond they were going to give me $25 for i was offered $700 cash or $1000 store credit. There is no way they didnt know how much this diamond was worth. They were just trying to make an enormous amout of profit off of me and rip me off in the process. They diamond they chipped i was told wasnt worth anything BECAUSE they had chipped it. Itook it back to them and told them i wanted a replacement diamond. They said no, that it wasnt their problem. I am now in the process of filing a lawsuit.
