In February 11,2011 I started out purchasing a $59.90 program on Craig's List for Auction Listing Agent job from Home Agen, Las Vegas NV 888-514-7413. Shortly after that I was approached from Max Elite Consulting which knew about the purchase and they were going to show me how to start-up a online marketing business with products that drop ship and I only need work about 10-15 hours a week making a six figure income It was a lengthy phone call telling me anything and everything that sounds great in these tough economic times. They had a team of strong closers that are well trained in closing the deal with lies. I paid $4,480 on my credit card to buy into the dream. Through out the 6 months I was working the program other consulting groups called and try to convince me that I need them for "Tax Consulting" or "Legal Consulting" or "Business Corporation Advice" and etc. All they wanted is more thousands of my dollars. I did not sign on for the extras fees thank God. When the webpage is being build there were hosting fees while I was working on the web page. They had my credit card charging for a bunch of nothing. I worked long days and nights for six months before the reality hit me hard. My professional friends said that I am being scammed so we did some research and found out there were many others who bought into the scam program and were outraged too. Not, one penny earned with no light at the end of the tunnel for a successful online business. The program gives 6 months of coach time. The coach time is a joke, not even close to having you set up for success with a 30 minute session once a week. Then it moves to once a month..........big joke. Who are they kidding? I tried to get my money back and talked to Dave Sellers Customer Relations! He offered me another 6 months of coach time, ha ha! I am trying to find a class action law suit, does anyone have one started? The company is a group of smoothing talking con men who have mastered the act of scamming. I tried to get my money back through my credit card company and they said I needed a canellation number in which Apply Knowledge would not provide. It seems these crooks have all their bases covered. All I can say is either by class action lawsuit or civil lawsuit, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! I'm getting in touch with the attorney general's office here in Nevada consumer fraud division and will also be contacting the the AG office in Utah. |
