AppStar came by my place of business wanting us to use their Credit Machine and I told them that I had an agreement with Datalink and I could do that and he told me that they would buy my agreement out with data link and so everything he said look good and I said O.k. HE said let me send you Hypercom Pin Pad 1300 for 30 day and if you like it you can keep it if not you can send it back. I said OK He talk to some one down there named Sergio and he said that would be fine. We had it about 2 day and I called them to see how to send it back and was informed I would have to Pay $1200.00 or $20.00 a month plus tax for 60 month. I told them that was not the agreement and they said I O.K. it verible. I didn't know what they were talking about. we did set up the other machine. they had send me a nother form on the internet that said I owed them $1200.00 dollar and I had to get insurance on their machine. So I finally got a hold f David Scott and he said that was not the agreement and he would come and pick up the machine I haven't even had it for 10 day and they have all ready took $23.60 out of my account Data link took out $495.00 and when I called them they said that is what I owe them That App Star had not paid them anything. I have been scam BAD
