Placed an order on 1-25-2011. stated 5-7 Business days until received. I waited for 11 days before contacting merchant via email as to delivery. No reply. wrote again 2 days later- no reply ! Called on the 7th of Feb, and left a message because they did not answer the phone, i stated if my order was not delivered on the 11th of feb. i would contact my CC. and cancel. after calling and leaving that phone message, i received an email saying it was shipped out on the 4th of Feb. keep in mind that this company is 20 miles from my home. On the 11th of Feb. i went in and saw my son ( whom is a business man) and told him the Issue. He called and spoke to whom ever answered the phone. The person stated the order went out and my son asked for the shipping #. To which was replied that he could not give that as his computer was not up on line. This is at noon. He called my son back, and told him the order had not gone out. My son then told him i would be passing back thru the area on my way home and for this party to meet me at said location to pick up my order. i then drove to the location and picked up my order. at that time it was stated that he would credit my charge card for the shipping i had paid to have it delivered. I emailed Merchant over the weekend stating that my cc did not show a credit for shipping. He sent me an email back saying to wait a few days longer. This morning i called my CC and they are going to deal with the issue. i don't dispute the charge for the merchandise i received, just the shipping at this time. please save yourself the grief of dealing with this Merchant, i feel they are not sincere in their dealings. Just wish i had seen the other report before ordering from them.
