Beware of Andrew Chu! He's an amature con-man working the Boise Area - Also he's working the marketing forums and scamming people in other areas as well. He's a Website design and SEO scam artist. He is also using "Eclipse Local, LLC" in order to help him look more ligitimate.
This company is registered with the Boise Secretary of State. Don't let this fool you.
Andrew Chu is a scammer!! Sometimes he uses Craigslist to pull in his victims. Beware. Andrew Chu is Asian. (Chineese) About 28 yrs old. 5'6" 135 lbs.
Don't believe his lies. He lies constantly. Beware, once he gets notice that his name is smeared - he may go by an alias. Be sure to check his driver license or ID. You should do that for any person you deal with that you do not know well. This is how he works his scams:
First, he'll sweet talk you on the phone. He comes across very likable.
Then he may suggest meeting you at a coffees shop if you're to be scammed locally.
He exlplains his skill sets and will over promise on what he says he will deliver.
Don't be suckered by this - it's away to gain your confidence and to tap your greed. He may promise you a free website or at a very low price. He may flop up of a very cheap website - which only took him less than an hour.
He will promise all types of automation - however, he intends to never deliver that part.
His main goal is to creat another BIGGER day day for himself. He will establish
urgency - he will say you need SEO (search engine optimization) quickly. He's hoping to grab another $900 or so from you. However, he will never deliver it. Don't fall for it!!! No matter how much you like Andrew Chu - do not do business with him.
His likable attitude and personality is all part of his CON! Andrew Chu will create and email you a very extensive "wordy" contract.
However, it will be very vague concerning what he will do. This is all meant to show he's ligitimate. Beware!!! He's a con-man! He will use all types of excuses as to why "things" are not done. He will try to get your sympathy. He will do and say anything to get your money.
Finally, when he feels he's drained your money account and you become suspicious - he will start to disappear. He will stop answering his phone and stop answering emails. He has scammed other people in the Boise area. If you know anyone scammed by Andrew Chu or have been a victim yourself, then please contact me. Let's put an end to this con-artist scammer and put him behind bars where he belongs. The Attorney General would love to hear from us. He's not invincible. He's a liar and a cowardly punk con-man. No matter what business Andrew Chu is involved with - DO NOT deal with him!
He is working many types of businesses and scams.
