scamming money

I ewas recently contacted by e mail/solicitation by a company called Anderson Healthcare//says they are looking for medical transcriptionists to work from home//they gave me a test which I passed and then sent me this e mail. Asking for $295.00 via credit card or my bank info for the software to buy and use for at home medical transcription. They asked for a live chat at 2 pm. to go over terms// when I s/w the operator they wanted me to go forth with the $295, when I said I was uncomfortanble giving my banking info on line/the operator disconnected my call//and I could no longer get back on live chat. So I assume this is a internet scam again. Here is part of the ltr I receiveds:

Please come to Live Chat today at 2:00 pm Eastern time to discuss the details in your job interview.

It looks like you're being hired for the job in which you applied!

We are here today from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and tonight from 9:00 to 10:00 pm. EST.

beware of unwarranted solicitation for any type of work from home jons. This is the 2nd time I have been contacted and it turned out scamming for access to banking/checking/credit cards... BE CAREFUL. THERE ARE NO REAL JOBS BY UNWARRANTED SOLICITATION!!! SCAMMERS ARE OUT THERE BY THE HUNDREDS TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
