I bought a certificate for 3 hours, value stated 175.00 two ladies came so they cut it down to 1 1/2 hours. I have a small galley kitchen told them clean counters, stove top, floors- also 2 bathrooms and diningroom floor. Their flyer says they do up to 5 windows. When I saw the 2 of them in one bathroom together, I asked why dont you each do a different bathroom -she said we dont have enough cleaning supplies so we share! They were just chatting away rather then focusing on their job, had they been in their own space maybe they would have cleaned better. When they tell you 2 people at 11/2 hours is the same as one person at 3 hours - dont believe it! At exactly 1 1/2 hours they were about to leave so I pointed out- hair on the bathroom floor, bathroom shower door not clean, dirt in the corner on the floor, the stove and counter top next to stove not cleaned she said " I ONLY HAD TIME TO CLEAN 1/2 YOUR COUNTER!" She had a rag in hand - she could have wiped it down. VERY POOR customer service, poor job and they never got to the 3 windows! I called the owner since their mission statement is "I PROMISE Your Cleaning Service should be perfect, every time. If not, let us know and we will make it right!" This is false advertising since no return call after leaving 2 voice mails and an email. DONT USE THEM. I am glad I did not pay 175.00 it was not even worth the amount I paid! I saw on YELP 4 reviews the exact same as mine!
