I have just received a call from CPS check protection services saying that I owe a company called moneytree, or use to be american web cash. They stated to me that I was paying a balance every month but I stopped paying. I asked how much was the loan they said $700 I told them I never taken out a $700 loan in my life, and How do I owe $2392 they said I was on a year contract, I went in a shock how can a loan be in a year contract, I said I was not aware of no year contract. I also ask why haven't no one contacted me they have all my information and just as easy as the law office to contact me why haven't the company contacted me. I told them I feel like I been scammed in a loan that I never knew it takes a year to pay back.
I am so upset because I had an account that kept going over drawn, I believe this is the company that kept messing up my account and I asked them to stop they refused, and then the number was disconnected. Now we are in 2011 and now there trying to take me to court on a scam. I had my email for some years and I have not received any information from them. I had loans before and never in my life I was ever on a year contract I usualy pay back in two weeks, and I never borrowed over $300 it seems to me they purposely added thousands of dollars to make people pay them money they never received.
