American Prize Reports SCAM, scam, FALSE ADVERTIZE, Prey on elderly Jericho, New York

I am assisting an 88 year old women who is living alone. She routinely receives mail from Donald Turner, American prize report. She continually responds to their requests for money. She may suffer from a little dementia which makes it impossible to explain to her these letters are a scam. She believes if she writes the check, generally 19.99 or 29.99, she WILL recieve the 1,900,000 in the mail. She is still waiting for it. She forgets how many checks she has written, and continues to write them. From my perspective and observation, this company is preying on the elderly, especially those of a generation when "scams" were the exception and not as common place as they are now. The memo's really sound like one will get the 1.9 mil. But with a little awareness of such practices, it is easier to see through the scam. However, at 88, not so easy, especially when you don't have a lot of money to begin with and you really believe what they are writing in the memo is sent to her personally and not a bulk mailing. I would love to be able to stop all this mail coming to her house. When I have the opportunity I intercept them, but they often look so official, I give them to her to open, only to find out it is another scam letter. Please ingore spelling issues! No spell ck! But please help stop this scam.
